2018 Appearances

I realized I need a page with all my appearances this year! Subject to change. But I’ll try to keep it up to date, so whenever you check it, it should have the latest information.

  • May: MADISON. Wiscon (May 25-27, 2018, Madison WI). Note: I will not be at the con on Monday the 28th. Schedule:
    • Friday May 25 at 2:30pm, Assembly: Redemption And Revenge: Antiheroines And Villainesses Taking Control (panel)
    • Friday May 25 at 9pm, Conference 1: What Does It Mean To Be A Good Fandom Citizen? (panel)
    • Saturday May 26 at 11am, Conference 1: Tasha Yar: Potential Unrealized (panel)
    • Saturday May 26 at 4pm, Conference 2: FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! This is a reading! I’ll be reading alongside Nino Cipri, Rebecca Kuang, and Suzanne Walker. 
    • Sunday May 27 at 10am, Conference 5: Epigenetics Book Club: What It Is & How It Will Affect SF Plotting (panel)
    • You’ll also be able to find copies of “The Little Homo Sapiens Scientist” in the Dealer’s Room, at the Glittership table! And I am happy to sign them.
  • June: NYC. BEA/BookCon (May 31 – June 3, NYC). I will be at BEA on Thursday and Bookcon on Saturday. Full schedule of all Tor events is here.

  • November 13, 2018: NYC. 7pm at The Brooklyn Commons Cafe, 388 Atlantic Avenue. This reading with Serial Box for the New York Review of Science Fiction.
  • November 14, 2018: NYC. 7pm at Housing Works. This Tor Books: #FearlessWomen event with K Arsenault Rivera, Seth Dickinson, and moderated by Margot Atwell.
